Conscious Movement Class is a mat based music lead forty five minute workout class that will challenge the mind, body and soul.
Class begins with letting go of negative feelings that are no longer serving you making space for what you truly deeply desire. We let go of these by actually giving ourselves permission to feel them in this safe judgement free environment. We then step into a gentle but challenging cardio, toning and yoga routine. Using the strength in the body and movement of energy to transform the state of mind will allow you to manifest your deepest desire. Balancing a strong body follows a strong focused mind. Class concludes with meditation and breath work, bringing in the intention using our emotions to tap into the vibration of what we want.
I created this class because I was looking for something more in my workout routine. Something more embodied, more connected, but something that would give my body and my mind a satisfying challenge both physically, emotionally and mentally.
